Description
In 1876 the arrival of the railroads made the area the heartbeat of this sleepy city. In 1890 Swift and Armour opened to transport meat and other textiles through the railway. Cotton and Oil made this City, which was known as "Niles City" in 1914 the richest little city in the World. Sadly today as you drive past you can see the ruins that exist. Today tourist come from all over to see what was once the Heart of this great City.
